During your stay at Maison Anarjis you will be looked after by our resident house-keeper, Aicha. She will keep the house clean, change bed linen and towels and prepare your breakfast (which is a light meal consisting of fresh local orange juice, tea or coffee, bread and preserves). She is also happy to cook other meals for you. If you would like to sample her traditional Moroccan food please advise her in the morning and pay her in advance (in local currency) so that she can go shopping for fresh local ingredients. Aicha speaks Arabic and French but she is an expert at sign language and there are menus with illustrations available in the house.
If you wish to buy wine to drink with your meals both Marjane and Metro sell alcohol. Ask aicha for wine glasses. Aicha is happy to wash machine-washable clothing (at owners- risk) and an iron and ironing board are available - just ask her. You may use the kitchen to make snacks (a panini maker is available) but we ask you to leave the cooking of full meals to Aicha. Each bedroom is air conditioned. Radio alarm clocks and hair dryers are provided. Both the salon and the terrace are equipped with mini-refrigerators for you to keep your own drinks chilled. If you need more glasses, just ask. Beach towels are available - again just ask.
