Minimum rental price is for two persons who will exclusivley occupy the house for the rented period. A supplement is applied for each additional person in the group.
Rental periods are either high or low. This pricing is on a bed & breakfast only basis.
A booking deposit of 50% of the total price required immediately to secure the booked period, the remainder is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
A refundable guarantee of €400 is also required against breakages and losses also to be paid at time of the booking deposit.
Discounts are available for periods longer than a month - contact owner for details.
